I started training 10 years ago as a shy, skinny kid who lacked self-confidence. Committing myself to the gym and developing my physique gave me the confidence to be somebody. My love for the gym developed into a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, knowing that it could help them the same way it helped me. This isn’t just about transforming physically, but mentally as well. My programs combine traditional bodybuilding techniques with modern, science-backed training protocols.
